I agree. I’ve sought out and seen most of his films, and while he’s always great I think this is one of his two best performances (the other being in Notorious).
No tengo una idea 😊John Cena-Frankenstein Jesse Einserberg-Invisible man Ray Romano- The Wolfman Mark Walberg- the creature of the Black lagoon Luke Evans- The Phantom of the Opera Claes Bang- Cound Drácula Vin Diesel- The Mummy
I agree that it's a good movie, and that the effects had improved; Price was also fine in the lead role. But the first film has a subversive vibe I like, and Rains really delivers.
Watched this on the tube on Sir Graves Ghastly's Saturday afternoon show back in the third grade, 1970. Great nostalgia! Thanks.
"STILL", the greatest invisibility film ever made. This never gets old.
Claude Raines was superb in this. His involvement in the Universal Monsters collection is (in my opinion) underrated.
Agreed, Liked him as the Wolfman's Dad as well.

@@GrantTarredus Rains was amazing. The first actor to receive FOUR Oscar nominations for Best Supporting Actor. Sadly, he never won.

John Cena should play the invisible man
How are they gonna find him for the job though?
I never got to see the sequel ... if one day they can upload it that would be great
I'll Always Love you Hayden Panettiere
I saw a fellow make a peanut disappear once.
Classic movie
Your Content Are Awesome i Mean I like It
Stop counting him as a monster he's not a monster he's a victim of his own experiment.
As confirmed with the Invisible Woman and Adrian Griffin, it brings out your true nature, and Jack’s true nature was a monstrous evil.

Why is the music played in Kemp's sitting room different from that played in the movie?
What the Juice!!?
I think I kind of like the invisible man returns better
