Once you put them side by side, it's really kinda surprising to see how accurate a game from so far back was when it came to adapting moments from the anime.
There are reasons why this game is considered one of the best if not THE best Dragon Ball games, not just because of the big roster but also because of the stages, the amount of stuff to do, the accuracy. It's the game that feels the most like Dragon Ball, it IS by all means a playable form of the anime

I might be wrong but I feel like Raging Blast 2 tried to go for even more accuracy with some of the moves while also including new moves from other moments (such as when Nappa chops off Tien's arm). It's really cool to see this side by side (which is why i'm curious if raging blast 2 changed much from tenkaichi 3 or if my mind is playing tricks on me)

yes, as the characters had more moves that you could select for them, they included a bunch of quick iconic strikes in them too.
I love how accurately they depicted the special attacks from the anime and the movies
