Penguin and Riddler's character development is extraordinarily pleasing.. I loved Nygma from the moment I met him. By the end of season 1 I started loving and respecting Penguin.
Riddler is so underrated. In animated/gaming media: Wally Wingert is the definitive Riddler. In live action media: Cory Michael Smith is the definitive Riddler. I'd love to see Cory play Riddler again, especially on big screen.
I think riddlers story was my favourite and the best one ever in Gotham his character and split personality was something and his relationship with penguin was amazing and from the beginning he was a odd person then became a serial killer then penguins best man then riddler then was on ice and was like the scarecrow he didn't have no brain then went in and out of character and went emo in season 5 by far the best riddler ever
