Thank god I sold all Residential plots I just kept one commercial.
My biggest regret was investing in Pakistan not in Uk.

@@musaddaqueurrehman yes bro. I selected the plot on the basis of so called choice options which they offered. I selected a corner 4 marla in executive 2 in Sector-D because all else were already selected when they opened the portal.

I can see where you're coming from and I totally agree regarding development. But hopefully they will give possession to a few blocks this year.
I don't agree on the file file file concern, as this is the only society I have seen in a while that came up with policies to end files from the market and most of them are balloted.
You haven't mentioned anything for executive 1 ?
Executive 1/west is going to perform way better than executive central/2. But not better than overseas. I have explained this case in previous video. Kindly refer to that. JazakAllah
