BPHS has more details on so called "jaimini" techniques than Jaimini itself while Jaimin takes the basics of BPHS and applys them in more specific ways and other details, particularly with regards to death calcualtions and some added things like D6 chart. There is no difference overall, and they are not separate systems.
15:43 -- perhaps Jaimini thought the Drekkana was so important is for its traditional use in medical astrology, physical vitality, etc?

Rajyoga only work if it is strength ful from all aspect
