Any replacement for eggs. ?
You can try adding bit of milk instead of egg and combine it till you get the perfect dough and rest all the process is same.
@@GreyPot thank you ! I will try and get back to you ❤️

Equal parts of flaxseed meal and water often subs for an egg. 1/4 cup meal plus 1/4 c water, let it sit a good while until it becomes egg-like.
I haven’t tried it in this recipe.
Applesauce or mashed banana usually work idk specifically for this recipe
I have never seen cookies like these before.
Truly over the top.
Thank you for sharing this ❤️
You can also use "Lifesavers" as the candies. I've also broken up candies and added two colors or more into one cookie to make a "stained glass window" effect.
Thanks for your ideas bcuz I don't have those candies here.
@@teriandjacob Use any hard candy that is clear colored.
@@jennymccombie9604 jolly ranchers?
@@68sherib yes!
@@teriandjacob Or you can just make burnt sugar (use nonstick pan or say goodbye to the it) You can add food coloring to the burnt sugar too.
I wouldn't want to eat something so pretty
I feel you
Then Make it bad so u can eat lol 🤣🤣🤣
Make it look ugly
I agree. Too pretty to eat!
Neither me. I want to just took picture of it and give it to all my friends😂
Very creative!
I make stained glass window cookies, but this puts them over the top!

GolDreadLocks what candy melt do you use to melt candy?
@@madelinemercado6850 You can use Jolly Ranchers :)
I used to make stained glass cookies as well, but these are so awesome! Definitely going to make them!
Would love the stained glass recipe!
@@Mossfaerie Are the cookies hard to bite into? Concerned about teeth 😁
These are so cute. I love the little presents you have laying next to them. Adorable. I made these back in the 70’s but forgot about them. So retro. I made these cookies into ornaments with lifesavers by poking a hole at the top of the cookie. They were so colorful on a small Christmas tree back then.
Awesome
I thought this was some new invention, never seen cookies like this.
Is any body knows..
When the cookies were in the oven for the second time, the oven tray was not still without creasing as they are in the microwave.
Is that right?
Omg these are the cutest cookies ever 🤩 not only the cookies the music, decoration, the way of filming the recipe, your voice and everything 😍❤️ your great

Настоящая сказка!😍🤩😋👍
Super adorable - but probably a complete mess when you bite into them! LOL.
I feel like if you eat the cookie first and then eat the candy part it would be really good. Like they would compliment each other
@@StarDiamondPanda yeah but if you eat the cookie part the two candies would seperate and make a bigger mess
These are the cutest cookies ever!!! ❤
Thank You So Much
How clever! I want to make them; I'm sure they will be a hit. Thanks for sharing.

These are so adorable! I remember seeing glass stained cookies at the first time in a Hong Kong tv show but this kind is definitely up a notch
I'm 55 and I remember stained glass cookies as a tiny child, so I'd be interested it know when you first saw them on TV in Hong Kong? Do you think it might have been because of the British presence there?
Wow I feel like a kid on Christmas!! I can't wait to make these!! Thanks so much for this wonderful content!!❤

I didn't know that glass cookies were real btw they look so amazing and so yummy I can just smell from here
This recipe is amazing! And it doesn't even look that difficult. I thought it would be much harder.
Will they work with other hard candy or just fox's candy?
Thank you. I think my grandkids will love these
Wonderful!
Hello I loved your recipe cookie dough tasted absolutely amazing but I’m having hard time at the bottom of the cookies, when the hard candy melts it spreads all around so it looks really messy. I’m not sure how to fix this problem. Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks in advance!
This is what happened to mine yesterday aswell 😥
Put the flat side that was the side on baking pan when cookie was baked, on top side when melting candies.
@@rachaeltinkler Put the flat side that was the side on baking pan when cookie was baked, on top side when melting candies.

Hii!! I love this!! I use a different recipe but I bet that they both taste good!! ❤️ also, they are actually call Shaka Skaka cookies... in Japanese, Shaka Shaka means to shake somthing and it makes sound so ovi it would be called that!! But great video! Edit: it can also be called aquarium cookies
Thanks for the info!
Great idea! I'll definitely be making these with jolly ranchers. It's going to impress a lot of haters this Christmas!!! 🎅🎅🎄🍪
Soo cute ,what kind of oven do u have that spins ure pan around ?
I have LG Convection Oven. It can be used as microwave and can bake in convection mode.
Super creative twist on sugar cookies
Thank You
Looks fantastic but wouldnt they be hard to eat once you get past the biscuit bit?
yes
Sorry I don't have an answer for you except that I had the exact same thought? Would the candy part be very hard to bite through
Muy muy hermosas! Mil gracias
Shared to fb! They are so pretty.
I'll be making these tomorrow for our ladies Christmas party on Friday night ! 💖😊
I made them for our party and cookie exchange and the ladies LOVED them ! ❤💖💕
So so beautiful❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼 thank you thank you!! Hope I can find that candy here in Pennsylvania to melt center, what would b a substitute if i can not find? Hummmm
Lovely cookies❤️❤️❤️❤️
You can melt sugar and pour
Look like Jolly Ranchers
You can melt jolly ranchers
@@cherylmuriekes2523 I thought Jolly Ranchers too. They melt just fine, or they used to, 20 years ago, when I used to put them in my Easy Bake Oven XD
Nice to see these again, I haven't seen them around in 40 years.
This is awesome ! Your presentation is easy to understand & follow, thank you for sharing, perfect time for Christmas. Just subbed
No. Inventes. Esto es fuera de éste mundo. Se ven divinas.
Brilliant creativity 🥰
Thank You
Фантастика!🎉
Thank You
Can i hand mix the whole time
And when putting the candy in the cookies do we need to use spray so it wont stick
Yes, you can
These are to beautiful to eat. Thank you for sharing your talent with the public.
Can I use jolly ranchers instead???
Not sure about its melting point
Yes!!! But I would put the candy in a small bag and crush it first.
@@angel43057 I agree
I am so excited to try making these this Christmas! They are so so adorable!
Ohhh.... I just made window cookies today for the first time, this is such a wonderful idea! I may have to try this sometime
Alguém traduz para o português, por favor? É uma verdadeira obra de arte!
Incredibly amazing...
Thank You
Wow I remember making Lifesavers stained glass cookies back in the day.. late 60s 70s? But you have really outdone yourself! Those are just so beautiful! Just so impressive... very nice!
Thanks so much! 😊
They're very beautiful. I have however watched a couple of other videos and I see that the stained glass is made by crushing the sweet and scattering it in the cavity before baking it the first time. That way the cookie isn't baked twice...
Wow! So amazing and brilliant, your cookies
Thank you 😋
Amazing, so cool & unique & pretty, and I can't believe how easy it seems, too!! They look so much more complicated to make than they are, I love that!!
Thanks so much 😊
Thank you so much for this tutorial! Since I don’t have jolly ranchers at hand, I have to use Fox’s candy, so, this is more realistic for me.
did they work?
This is so delightfully ingenious and yet oh so simple! Can't wait to try this. Thank you for sharing!
You are so welcome!
Ok I missed this every Christmas, but I know what my Easter cookies are going to be!!
