Benks is the competition. I have the aurora air. Slightly more protection than pitaka, it covers the top and bottom of the phone, stronger MagSafe, and is 30$ cheaper. Pitaka is nice though..just pricey
I have the same Benks case, and I would think its competition for Pitaka. I have the Pitaka Moonrise being delivered today so excited to compare the two. As far as protection its a wash imo because they both offer the same. Having the bottom/top covered doesn’t actually offer more protection, considering if you drop it, its hitting one of the four corners more times than not. Benks is more affordable with the trade off of less to choose from. Pitaka has more color options, own/designed the fusion weaving process but with the higher price tag 🏷️

Regardless I don’t think I would ever buy one of these cases without the fusion weave pattern again. Just so much cleaner than typical aramid imo.
This case is insane I got a Zagg elite screen protector but I’ve dropped this multiple times never broke or hurt my 15 pro max at all I got the break the line edition insane for a small case
I’m thinking of buying one and I like the Thinborne and Benks ones. I’m leaning towards the Thinborne since I’ve heard from people the Benks is almost impossible to take off and I like changing cases often. Have you heard of Thinborne? If so what’s your opinion on it? If not then no worries.
