I agree,the weapon its more Fun than insane. Also yea only 40KPM but in the video i was showing how the weapon works.I wasnt non - stop killing enemys.Also with some ability buffs you can make the weapon pretty stronger.
Its definitely above 40kpm. And also aren't mid game level steel path enemies like lvl400? Realistically, only a tiny minority of warframe players really go higher than like 500. I think it's a pretty good weapon since it's a strong and fun weapon for 99% of the game. I won't be surprised if this is a main weapon for some players.
