I don't think so any cons Laptop runs smooth. I can play any game on it. Do 4k editing, photoshop, 3d work. One thing I mentioned is Thunderbolt 4 port. But I checked the price of thunderbolt cables way too high. May be usable for you in Future but as of now I am not missing this port much. So it depends on the purpose you are buying I bought it for Video Editing it serves the purpose very well.

The B-roll footage was a bit shaky and made it hard to focus on the subject. 2. Your camera sometimes struggles to focus. Your tripod shots were the best, so maybe use the tripod more often. 3. The main footage (A-Roll) feels a bit off compared to the rest. Maybe it’s the lighting or color grading. 4. Detailed tech videos under ten minutes are usually better. 22 minutes felt a bit long. I will try to make it smoother in next videos. Yes tripod shots are better. But I am thinking to get a stabilizer for handheld shots smoothness. Once I grow on YT I will buy a Sony DSLR. Let's see. 22 minutes I think still good to cover all parts of Laptop. but I will consider your point to make it under 15-16 minute next video. Bro, I purchased this laptop bhaai. i7 14700hx or i9 14900 was not available offline store only this model was available and I needed a laptop urgently because of work. So I purchased this one. And all games tested on Performance mode & Ultra settings.
There are reviews available on YT for maxed out legion i5 and i7 with i9 processor so this particular processor 14650hx review was missing so I went for this one. I got this laptop same day delivery offline store in 1 hour. I was trying online but delivery time was way too long 25-28 days for i7 14700hx. personally I wanted to go with this processor. but it's ok 14650hx is also good one.

Nope those crashes affect only the desktop CPUs and more specifically only the k series processors not on the mobile or laptop cpus they are completely safe
Till now it's running fine. Mostly I use it for videos editing and sometimes gaming gta5, ghost of tsushima, the last of us, runs perfectly without any problem

Yes temperatures were around 90 deg. only when ceiling Fan, AC was not turned ON. you can see room temperature was around 28-29 nearly 30 deg. And keyboard area gets warm as I am using Laptop Keyboard only for playing games yes it was confortable. You can feel it's warm there but yes you can play without any problem. You can use laptop cooler stands and if AC is there then it's good. No overheating.
Yes Intel CPUs are good. Good for both Gaming and Productive tasks like Video Editing and Photoshop work. I also stretched my budget added 20-30k and bought this. And it's worth spending that money on Intel version. I heard that AMD has overheating issues. Not sure if it's there in 7000 series. Any one who's using 7745HX can comment here.

14700hx and 14650Hx is almost same in benchmarks and performance. May be 14700hx slightly better in some cases. But the thing which makes 14650hx in 5 pro better is thermal and cooling system in pro laptop. And another thing is power adapte ris 200w instead of 300w which is given in 5pro.

I'm having the exact same config the temps are really high while on performance mode around 90c while gaming but when I use custom mode the temps reduces drastically. Is it advisable to use the custom mode always while gaming ? Also have you tested this laptop using a cooling pad? if you have any suggestions for a good cooling pad in india plz suggest one.
Temperatures remain 80-85 when I am playing in AC room. Nowadays weather is too hot thermals also depends on that. The testing which I have shown in this video is without AC or Fan or any cooling pad. I will also looking for a good cooling pad heard that Cosmic Byte provides good quality and really effective.

Bro it was because of No Ceiling Fan or No AC turned on in my room. If you turn ON it will drop 10 deg straight away in i7 14650HX and also cooling pad or even normal laptop stand makes alot difference in temperature and.. i9 14900HX will be 15 deg cooler than this.

These game test were done without any Fan or AC. Now I am playing games with Fan or AC and temperatures won't increased that much.. i7 14700HX also reaches to 90 most of the time. Yes it's little hotter than 14700 but it can be controlled by Undervolting. Now it is locked to 85 deg. There is not much difference on FPS with Undervolting. but now temperature are like 75 to 82deg max.
Bro 4050 pe bhi saari games chal jayegi .. performance bhi thik rahega but... agar aap thoda future proof hona chahte hai ki aage jo games ayengi vo chal jaaye toh i sugget go for 4060 atleast kyu ki 8gb VRAM milta hai compared to 6gb VRAM in 4050. Thoda sa budget bada kar get 4060 you will satisfied with the performance.

Pro 5i because you can customize it with good specs less price than 7i. Pro 5i is purely for gamers comes with 300w power adapter whereas 7i comes with 220w. 7i is full metallic build and while playing games it becomes hot (not tested by me just assuming this)

Previously lenovo was providing 170w in some laptop which cause performances related problems then they started to give 230w now making same mistake🙂 i know that 230w is sufficient but the logic behind giving a laptop 300w adapter and another laptop with same specs a lower watt adpater. I mean the price for which we buy legion it schould be 300w.
@rushikeshbhavsar1564 14650HX vs 14700HX 14700 has more 4 E-Cores (Efficiency cores) slightly better in power management 14650HX has better multi-core performance than 14700. 230W is enough but yes for max performance 300w is good to have. Not sure why they did but this is the difference Lenovo made between Non-Pro and Pro models. Thermals are also better in Pro.

Bro it was because of No Ceiling Fan or No AC turned on in my room. If you turn ON it will drop 10 deg straight away in i7 14650HX and also cooling pad or even normal laptop stand makes alot difference in temperature and.. i9 14900HX will be 15 deg cooler than this.

Why is the cpu temperature shooting up too high? thermals not good?
These game test were done without any Fan or AC. Now I am playing games with Fan or AC and temperatures won't increased that much.. i7 14700HX also reaches to 90 most of the time. Yes it's little hotter than 14700 but it can be controlled by Undervolting. Now it is locked to 85 deg. There is not much difference on FPS with Undervolting. but now temperature are like 75 to 82deg max.

Under 60k mostly laptop comes with 4gb VRAM for better gaming I suggest get 6gb VRAM or even better 8gb VRAM future proof.
When I was looking for laptop I started in 60-70k budget gaming laptop like Victus or Acer but later increased budget to LOQ series laptop almost 1L and now end up purchasing Legion Series.
Because there are lot of things if you go in details, in budget laptops TGP is low and you can't get max output on gaming. compare to laptop which are 80k -90k seems provide good gaming performance.

Pro 5i because you can customize it with good specs less price than 7i. Pro 5i is purely for gamers comes with 300w power adapter whereas 7i comes with 220w.
7i is full metallic build and while playing games it becomes hot (not tested by me just assuming this)

Previously lenovo was providing 170w in some laptop which cause performances related problems then they started to give 230w now making same mistake🙂 i know that 230w is sufficient but the logic behind giving a laptop 300w adapter and another laptop with same specs a lower watt adpater. I mean the price for which we buy legion it schould be 300w.

14700 has more 4 E-Cores (Efficiency cores) slightly better in power management
14650HX has better multi-core performance than 14700.
230W is enough but yes for max performance 300w is good to have. Not sure why they did but this is the difference Lenovo made between Non-Pro and Pro models. Thermals are also better in Pro.
