Another tip - in case you need to increase the tracing possibilities, to make the signal spread on longer distances around the circuit, try to generate the signal between two conductors or similar.. BUT TAKE CARE OF THE SURROUNDING, CLEAR THE AREA, PROTECT SURROUNDING - you actually generate 1 A to another cable or the ground.. Where RCD is mounted it could trip out.
