- Florida State Clemson: The Clemson Tigers beat the Florida State Seminoles 45-14. The Tigers defense forced 4 turnovers and held FSU to just 251 total yards. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence played well going 17-25 for 170 yards and 3 touchdowns threw the air, and running for 40 yards and a touchdown as well. Running back Travie Etienne ran for 127 yards and caught a touchdown. Wide Receiver Justyn Ross caught five passes for 61 yards and two touchdowns. Tamorrion Terry scored the Seminoles first touchdown on a 63-yard reception.

I love what the ACC network does with these condensed games and the full games posted here on TH-cam. Def making this quarantine easier getting to rewatch a lot of good tiger football.

@@jimike7297 ok first, thank you cause usually people just give me bs excuses and argue how they don't. Second, that's a genius way to put it. It bothers the hell out of me how far the program has fallen, but their attitude of beating the crap out of sub par schools in the first quarter or two and use up all their energy dancing around and taunting the other team just to let them walk right back into the game tying it up. It's the coaches fault for letting the players act a fool for completing simple plays they should be doing regardless.

If by overhaul you mean time, I agree haha. it takes time my man, Once we are able to correct the O-line and get a quarterback that can run our system a lot will change. Honestly, our Wideouts are just as talented as Clemson's (maybe slight edge to clemson) but we don't have Trevor Lawerence or their O-line. Our defense is actually probably more talented than Clemson's with the exception of (Xavier Thomas) but we don't have an Isaiah Simmons at Linebacker!
Need to go all out on getting top tier OL talent let them all start as freshmen who cares we haven’t an OL worth a damn in well over 5 years makes no sense

Honestly, I wouldn't say FSU look scared on the defensive side, Clemson just knew how to manipulate them very well. Case and point, first play of the game (Demoralize FSU by going long to match up 6'4 Tee Higgins on Samuels). They fought to the end but Clemson's offense is the perfect blend of solid coaching and scheme and star athletes!

Fsu is a very poorly coached team
FSU is 3 or 4 key player positions away from being competitive, and 2 or 3 years from getting there. Taggart needs that time to turn things around. It took Clemson that long to be competitive, and longer to be dominant. Jimbo really screwed you guys. Dabo did not have to overcome a talent gap like Willie is dealing with. It is the culture at FSU that should be disturbing to the fanbase. They need lot less me and a lot more we. Whereas once upon a time FSU was made up of winners all I see now is more of the same; that is, play 3 quarters and blow it all in the end. Not so much against Clemson, but what do you expect against such a talented team as the Tigers. Great talents are force multipliers. They make everyone a little better, a little more effective. Cam Akers makes the entire FSU offense better, as does Travis Etienne for Clemson. The guys you have to game plan for make a difference. You achieve that through recruiting.

Florida State has a 1st round defensive tackle and running back. Higher pedigree in the secondary than Clemson, athletes at receiver and they look like absolute garbage. Look at Florida with a bunch of average players on offense and they are a top 10 team. Florida hit a home run with their head coach hire. Florida State obviously did not.
