    I made some of my own pads (I am not a great sewer) I have had them for 8 years and they are still perfectly fine. Look as though they are 1 year old

      The important thing is that they are better for you than the disposables.

    The reason for that pad to loose its shape, was because the maker did not washed and dried the materials as many times it took for each cloth to shrink to the max. You need to wash all the fabrics in hot water and dry in high until the fabric stops strinking. Except for zorb. Then wash when you receive the pad before use. I've been sewing them for 5 years. Thanks for sharing.
