  • A no frills video edit here, just telling it how it is while living in the new Jayco Crosstrak. This is the first week travelled 1200klms so far and camped in it for over 2 weeks now, the van is going really well. I also have the link for Voodoo Mountain Gourmet Preserves. www.voodoomountainpreserves.com/
My ideas have changed since the accident no more rack for the Adventure Bike. That's fine as I have extra weight to play with for other things. Hope you enjoy the video.

Just finished a 3month trip with ours family of 4 travelled 15000km not a single issue had the van for 3 years and probally travelled 30k kms. We've given ours a hard life and it loves it. Can't see myself ever replacing it

Yes, it definitely is better for me than towing the 19ft I had. Plus, it's an easy set up, camp doesn't mind it being parked in their carpark as it only takes up a car space. Couldn't do that with the other van.

Much easier to put the roof up if you leave the door open as it lets the air in.
As you say the step is a big one. We knocked our step a couple of times on rough ground which made it hard to open. I removed the step after the first trip and we use a folding double step which is good.
We are happy with our 16'.
    Happy travels.

Yes I could here the suction coming from the hatch after a couple of times so now I just open the hatch up I also roll the awning out slightly. I hope to upload some more content shortly but been doing some FIFO with work last month, now back in Qld but staying at a mine camp during the week and only 2 days off at a time. Not much time for travels but I am in a good spot at the back of Biloela ranges / Kroombit tops and many other camps in this area so will be good.
