I don't get why people using the Ridge find getting the cards in the middle so difficult. Just simply push and fan the cards. It took me a few minutes to master that method. It's so easy especially since I only carry a maximum of 7 cards.
I still like the ridge better I like them sideways not straight up or some pop up like feature. I did a lot of researching before I went ahead and went through with buying one . I got the carbon forged aurora. Just the other day . Put the clip on the other side to have two ways to tuck a lil cash . 😊
@@Gear_43 Don't know about other metal wallets, but I have a bunch of Dango and Trayvax wallets in my collection along with my Ridge wallet and they're not any easier to use than the Ridge. It's either they're just as easy to use or a bit more difficult. This is with both cards and cash. Some metal wallets are just good for cards.
I always get it with the money clip. I then take the money clip off and I'm left with a strapless on the outside wallet which I prefer. You wouldn't be able to do the same with the cash strap. If I carry cash, it's in a separate clip, but getting more rare these days.
I use trayvax wallets and dango wallets and I have a couple ridge wallets and grip 6 wallets and bellroy wallets but I bought the 20 dollar nomatic wallet its great
@@AMTruckin Those look awesome as well, I'll look into them more as well. I would be interested to see if their operation is as smooth and simple as a Ridge. That was what really surprised me with the Ridge, is how easily cards can be added and removed. Seemed like they really thought through the operation.

It's not that it's difficult, its just more difficult than some of the competition.

I've had a metal wallet for like 10 years. the strap has since degraded but a hair tie has the right tension so it's an easy fix.
Glad I switched.
That's great to hear! It's a big step forward.
I really like that color combo, but Ridge is robbing people with those prices. Leather is so much more comfortable in pocket.
Have you taken a look at their Leather series? You can find it here (Paid Link): amzn.to/49iBlNF
Well the use of Apple Pay comes in handy but I am still going to get this wallet Dallas Cowboys version
Good stuff. Would like to actually see someone try and steal information from the card from all angles of the wallet.
ive used a RIFD projector and it bounces back 99.9 percent much harder to get scan info from the side
Cash strap or money clip? What's the consensus?
My preference is a cash strap!
@@Gear_43 Rationale?

Interesting to hear! I currently am testing out a Dango and Bellroy, and should have reviews coming out soon.
does it have rfid protection?
Great review. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Of course it’s worth the money! And besides, with your old navy shirt and haircut, you’re obviously saving money in other ways. 🤣🤣🤣
Unnecessarily rude
Thanks for the feedback!
@@Gear_43 …. I was honestly just giving you a hard time, good video! 👍🏻
Has anyone ever told you you look like Matt Damon
Nope!
Pretty salty if ask me !!!
Interesting to hear!
@A Man And His Gear just purchased 2 different wallets 4 the price of 1 Ridge in titanium. ( bellroy and westmade ) .
