You can easily maintain the 50% Grey Health with Restriction Cord + Ring of Phantom Pain or by triggering misty step with Ring of Omens and protecting it with a shield.
There is a ring that fills missing health with gray health (i dont remember the name) combime it with broken heart relic, canine keepsake, ring of the damned and you have insane damage. Plasma cutter with thousand cuts go brrrr!
I think being midlife is no issue if you have the warden archetype. The main point of the amulet is being midlife AND mid grey health with a single item rather than 2 rings or one ring + relic. This might be a gateway to a healing build aswell since when you're full hp you cant "overheal" your mates with burden of the divine but i havent tried it
I wouldn’t complain if the hangman’s noose got a buff to maybe some flat dr or grey health regen, but I think it really shines when you’re using disaster converter and ring of crisis together. Using handler/warden I’ve run 3-man apoc gauntlets and been able to tank pretty much everything with it. Like top comment said though canine keepsake is much better if you’re focused more on dps. For the question on the leaking gemstone builds I think if especially if they’re close to different versions of the same core build putting them together in one video would be good. Although from an algorithm perspective I don’t know if that’s worse than putting out multiple videos in the same time frame.
I guess there could be some synergy with the legendary prism bonus: "Bodyguard: Cannot be One-Shot while at Max Health Capacity " combined with passive health regen?
i agree, the fact that this is an amulet really makes this items benefits way more of a negative, especially since unlike the relic that caps hp at 50% you CANT heal past 50%, and its not worth taking anything to increase max hp to balance this out
Problem of this amulet is that the same shit can be done using others things. I think this amulet is just an item to make the game harder for yourself. We already seen that in Dark Souls. As there s other ways to achieve the same build but with 10x more efficiency, Canine Keepsake Amulet on it s own is enough said i guess... couple that with Omen Ring you have Misty Step basically a big evade window while using a the heaviest armor in the game to boost DR. This combo alones gives you 3 ring slots while you already have 25% damage 15% crit chance and crit dmg boost + heavy armor without the need to reduce the encumbrance (10 free trait points) or to downgrade your armor + some sort of light dodge with a big invincible window... all this in only 2 items. Only downside is that you have to like to play with 50% HP all the time and having to make an entire build around that, which here is the entire build. If you really like misty steps but dont want to bother with the 50% HP then you can always either use another amulet OR the legendary perk in Prism. Would it be optimal to drop 40% damage for Misty Step? Well i m pretty sure that s not the case at all, but can i create ''fun builds''? Definitely!
