TRAIN-WASH C7000 SOA - Catenary wash concept
The automatic cleaning of trains operating regionally and nationwide requires
distinctly designed wash technique.
Several factors such as the shapes and combinations of trains, their varying design
dependant on their drive system, the varying type of surface dirt (insects, diesel smut,
abrasions by the pantographs, etc) make high demands an the cleaning performance
and efficiency of the equipment.
In addition the right choice regarding cleaning agents to be employed and the
amount of dwell time before the physical brush wash is of paramount importance
with regards to the final wash result.
The train wash unit model C7000 SOA can be designed for stationary, semi-stationary or mobile washing of trains and trams with pantographs (2 lateral untis w/o traverse).

This is amazing, compare Germany to the UK, this one has so much stages and cleaning for trains in Germany, but in the UK they just use water and the next day its still dirty, its shocking how the washer never missed one bit of that train at all which is very impressive 😀 👏.
