IMHO - you need to straighten that left leg much earlier in the downswing and do so with real energy. Ideally, the left leg should be fully straight when the club shaft is at the 3 0'clock position and weight shifted 75 - 85% on to the left foot at that point, shoulders square but hips opening to 45° at impact.

You are told to keep the left knee forward and not moving to the right on the backswing; yet wolf and many others with the heel of the left foot and move the knee in words towards the golf ball.I find it confusing to have different opinions on the action of the knee in the backswing.
