Just no.. Elec is extremely easy to proc in most matchups. And even the ones that it isn't and aery MIGHT be better individually, giving up the domination tree on LeBlanc would never be worth it.. Sudden impact, amazing rune on her. Eyeball collection and treasure hunter, on an assassin that relies on snowballing to be relevant.. Irreplaceable. It's not just the keystone that matters, it's the entire tree that makes people decide on what runes they use
