My pediatrician always had us introduce the fruits last because they're sweet and he said if they eat something sweet first its harder to get them to eat things like peas, green beans, and squash, etc.
And scraping the food off of the spoon onto the roof of her mouth is exactly what NOT to do--you should wait until she opens her mouth, put the spoon all the way inside her mouth then press down with the spoon just slight right in the middle of her tongue and WAIT FOR HER TO CLOSE HER MOUTH, then pull the spoon STRAIGHT OUT

That's the problem with a lot of these videos, the parents feed too fast, then the babies become demanding. It's also not good for their digestion, don't you think? Oh so cute. Poor baby is not use to having anything besides formula or breast milk. You should always start with a cereal with the Brest milk formula mixed in it will help them get use to having something in their mouths. It's a mixture of texture and taste that she is not use to.
