Lockdown coping with M*A*S*H

- Created in April 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown(s). Inspired by the video "Mash and the Coronavirus" by Frank Vaccariello; I had some feelings of my own about the situation, and I realized the timeless characters of MASH provided me the best possible material to do it. An earlier (rougher) cut of this video appeared on Facebook.
Lol at the exchange table you hear a nurse yell “watch your hands!”. I heard “wash your hands!”

In the scene where "Hawkeye" Pierce starts going crazy mad in the mess tent it ended before he said a line that I remembered and enjoyed. That line was "DRAFTEES OF THE WORLD ARISE!!!!! YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BUT YOUR COOKIES"!!!!!! Absolutely Hilarious!!!!!! 😄😄😄😄

Perfect performance and wonderfully written. The amazing cast members from the start to the final episode. Brought each character to life. We all fell in love with you all . Never to be repeated . RIP to much loved cast members 🙏
This is fairly accurate: the insanity of quarantine 😆, the heartbreak for lost loved ones 💔😢, and welcoming the light at the end of the tunnel 🙌🏻🙂❤️.

Outstanding edit. I love how a TV show set in the Korean War and written to be relevant to an audience living through the Vietnam War is still inspiring and helping people going through tough times well into the 21st century.

Ironically, the show is on point but with the leadership portion, that can be any president right now. Not just Trump. It could be Biden or Clinton or of course, Bush.

MASH was good while Trapper John and Henry Blake were present. After they left they left the show turned into a leftist preach feast. The sophomoreic comments against President Trump ruined what little humor I had enjoyed long ago.
Hawkeye was always intended to keep the moral high ground and contrast Burns and all of his beliefs are based around basic unquestionable good morals to make the character likeable and if you think that is a leftist preach “feast” then I fear for your own moral standings
This was by a long shot one of the best edited pieces of MASH I've ever found. Bravo, especially the meanwhile portion with all the chaos and misery really portraying the scary reality of COVID 19. Awesome video friend

Trump called it a hoax. He downplayed it by vilifying those who wore masks. He suggested ingesting bleach as a cure. He flat out refused to help any Blue states whose Governor would not kiss his behind. Latest estimates are we lost 200,000 people minimum due to his being in denial and worrying about the economy for his re-election. I think that conveys it pretty well. Any questions????
