@@amiragiza7476 It was, in fact a Sikorsky S-76, not an AW139 as Manuel Gutierrez stated. But you are correct, the crash was the result of multiple judgement errors by the pilot. He should have cancelled the flight (local police had grounded their helicopters) or simply landed en route BEFORE he lost visual references. He experienced "spatial disorientation," his senses told him he was climbing, not descending as he actually was before impact.

Nice. Is that water from the air-con system venting or fuel!? Never seen that before.
My guess would be water, it seems like a weird place for a fuel vent
@@RotorWash Yep, that's what I thought too. Not got much experience with this airframe so was a little surprised to see that pouring out! I used to work with helicopters many years ago, but very few had air-con or other systems like that, but they certainly didn't leak water from anywhere! Unless it was a Bell Jet Ranger that had been sitting out in the rain for a day or so.....the chin bubbles in the cockpit would look like goldfish bowls! Lord only knows where else the water got to, but you would think for the cost of a helicopter, they would make them waterproof! Nope. Thanks for the reply.
