Tbh I think that Zarya potg at 13:31 may have happened because both bubbles saved them from critical hp, and they also both got full charge, so essentially like saving two allies while building energy. It's not much, but it's honest work, and the potg system can respect that.
You COULD have the Lucio bingo square say "Lucio audio is scuffed" but you could ALSO have the Lucio bingo square say "Play of the Game where there is a Lucio and the audio associated with his skates is in some way bugged causing the audio of the entire clip to become a scuffed version of the audio in the clip"

Voice lines have been slightly bugged for a while but not many have noticed it. Yes, that voice line is for Ana, but it's not the only one that's bugged. I was playing Hanzo and killed Cassidy and he said a voice line he says when killing Genji
Sometimes I also hear my teammates saying "they are making progress" or "stop their push" when my team is pushing the payload/robot

example, if i swing at a whole crowd but ana sleeps me before the swing hits, it'll still have a shorter cooldown even though i didn't actually hit anyone due to stun
i feel like i should be punished more for that if i get stunned while mid-swing, i feel like it should have the normal unmodified long cooldown
it seems like the cooldown's math accounts for the number of people actively in the swing range, instead of the number of people the swing actually hits

One thing I notice in some of my games is when I have a mercy on my team and I do a big play that gets like 4 people so the mercy damage boosts me afterwards to try to get assist credit.
