Value Project and Shading tutorial and why put a border on your art work before you start chad brown

I do a project with my art students every semester to train them in how to shade effectively. To do so requires practice much like practicing cursive. training the muscles in the hand to apply more or less pressure. I also put a border on the work of art before I start. This is a great little project that takes two or three days.
