Over and over in these important conversations about rights and freedoms, I almost NEVER hear the chronically ill and disabled mentioned, yet this community remains the most marginalized and discriminated against of all. The most basic rights to humane, ethical palliative care, are currently being denied to millions. Many are committing suicide because they can no longer bear the unbearable physical pain that they can no longer get humane treatment for. Others are dying early, preventable deaths via heart attacks, strokes, and endocrine failure, directly due to severe, untreated physical pain.
The malfeasance is off the charts, while they play trial by infotainment.
The judicial deluge gives Congress an excuse to not take calls.

1783-1789 Articles of Confederation.
1789-1861 US United
1861-1865 Civil War
1865-present US United again.
All slavery was in the South.
Northern states wanted full citizenship with full rights, but South didn't. That is what the 3/5 compromise was all about
