Absolutely beautiful. I like how there is no dramatic music, just the sound of the helicopter and the wind. Makes it that much more realistic. Like being in the helicopter myself
This video is unbelievable. No BS, it simply shows you that it's flying between the highest peaks in the world. And the Khumbu glacier is beyond amazing,
@@iciman100no, the heli on the ground towards the middle of the video is an AS350 / H125. Very common heli that holds the world record for highest altitude (in 2005 touched down on Mt Everest). Good machine

Such an other-worldly place. Those mountains are very sheer and incredibly ragged edged, a testament to the youth and the violence of their creation. Everest Base Camp is already at a ridiculous altitude, but to see the peak towering 3.5 km over that is just insane. The scale just doesn't compute. And the beauty. My goal is to someday make it to base camp. I don't want to climb the thing, I know I can't. But I would love to do that trek up to the base camp and stand in the shadow of Everest. Saw a video of a ridgeline hike around the area which looked reasonable to do.
This is an extremely dangerous high-altitude flight with some of the most unpredictable winds you could ever encounter. That being said, I'd give anything to be on that helicopter. Almost nobody on Earth will ever get to experience this perspective of the Himalayas in real life.
Similar scenes on the Himalayan's amazed me, even when you were high up in the mountains they didnt look high, from the valley floor it seemed the mountain peaks around you were no more then several thousand feet above you, I loved my 14 days touring around part of the Himalayan's.
Wow, what a wilderness! It's hard to believe such a place exists here on earth. I live in the northeast USA, outside NYC, one of the most densely populated places on earth.
Esto es increible, no puedo imaginar lo que debe ser está ahí. La definición del video hace que te de impresión el recorrido del helicóptero dimensionando la altura en la que están volando y lo impontente de las montañas. Guardado como favorito. Gracias por éste material.
It’s beautiful and eerie at the same time. The breathtaking views of the mountains while the scary part is that it’s at a high altitude and how oxygen levels can go down rapidly on the summit of the mountains.
@@starstatusvillarreal3747yeah bro I think you can see corpses of people that tried to summit like 20 years ago with their gear still on, no way to remove bodies at such altitude.
Wow.. what a journey... was almost worried that the draft from the chopper would cause an avalanche when it went so close to the slopes above the glacier!!!
What a strong helicopter this is, the thin air makes it difficult for the engine and people to breathe, what is the maximum altitude of this heli? It must be close to the limit there. Spectacular scenery, thanks for sharing.
Oh my goodness this is beyond amazing. Thank you so much for this upload 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Videos like this are what TH-cam was created for. An instant sub from me 👍🏻
Fantastic trip, and video to match, thanks for sharing. And for those sceptics who ‘claim’ it is MS Flight Simulator, the real ‘copter blades and shadow are visible at places. Beautifully done.

1) Does helicopter carry oxygen while in flight if someone needs it? 2) For stop at Kalapatthar, if we decide to step out, do we need oxygen ? 3) what kind of temperature is at Kalapatthar say May-September to decide on to best time for the trip ? 4) does the trip include possibly 10-25 min stop at EBC ? 5) looking at your video, if we were to take a video ourselves while inside, our video will not be as clean and sharp as yours since since we have to shoot video thru a glass window. Is that correct ? What is the way we can also shoot video quality like yours ?

Great video! I think it would be even better if the helicopter sound was replaced with a cool background music track. It would enhance the overall vibe and make the scene more engaging. Keep up the good work!
This is amazing scenery. It looks like above a certain elevation there are no plants, just snow, rocks, and soil. Also only human beings go up there. No animals go up to this high barren elevation.

Yes, scary. The helicopter looks so close to the mountain as if it's about to hit
No word can describe how stunning the mountains are. I trekked to Gokyo and Everest basecamp in 2019. The scenery took my breath out.
that's awesome. I basically trek or take a helicopter to the Everest Region in Nov or Jan/Feb because the snowfalling pattern is delayed these days.

It always surprises me that a helicopter can fly safely with such thin air at altitude. They must have waited quite a while for this calm clear day.
