Usually kick cannot make much score because it can be protected by arm and knee, it does not like knee and also elbow is used for cut or knock.

Even if you kick the arm it still counts because being kicked in the arm can actually result in a KO or TKO, I've seen people cripple from being kicked in the arm because their arm broke
