Colon and rectal cancers are one of the commonest cancers worldwide, unfortunately, 20% of these cancers have liver metastasis at diagnosis and 70% develop metastases during follow-up. On the bright side, a good number of the patients are candidates for treatment that may produce a cure. This video explores the complexities of diagnosing and treating colorectal metastases.

Very good overview & explanation. Only thing would be initial symptoms - i had Stage 2 Adenosarcoma, & no constpation or bleeding, but constant diarrhoea for several months, & losing weight/energy.

I had colon and liver resection, after 1st cycle of CAPOX PET Scan NED and tumor marker is normal, onco recommended 2nd to 6th cycle CAPOX plus Bevacizumab to minimize chance of relapse. Is it the best option for me?

My husband has exactly this, but has been complicated due to having myasthenia Gravis...please help! They're saying he can't have chemo due to MG and they say surgery will cause further metastasis & immune modulator will worsen his MG. Is there ANY other options sir? Tyvvm! 🙏

@Thequeenlymedia the oncologist ended up trying 2 different chemotherapies, but neither worked. Husband has been taken off chemo now. I will be increasing his ivermectin and putting him on b17 (apricot kernel capsules 500mg). Plus I have him on turkey tail mushroom capsules. Gotta get him off ALL carbs, which is the hard part. He loves his bread. God bless you AND your dad! 🙌🙏

@@vaxinjuredbypfizer Your oncologist ever talked about chemotherapy plus targeted therapy.

Is it also possible to just find nodules in the lung as a secondary cancer? My partner has had surgery for colarectal cancer (stage 3 following surgery biopsy) and they found 1.5mm nodules in the lung. She doesn't smoke and I read that 1 in 500 non smokers show lung nodules following a scan. Im just trying to be realistic. We have a 7 month old baby, but the survival rate between stage 3 and 4 goes from about 70% to 10-14%.
