Doesn’t look unpleasant to me brother, on the matter of contrary ,if I would have had the same journey as yours , I would have loved it, airline did its best, something’s are beyond anyone‘s control. Compare this with other European carriers and then you will understand.
Why would it be stressful. You have a nice hotel and relaxing grounds. If you flew into europe and you missed your flight. They wouldn't even bother to help you they'll tell you to sleep in the ground in the airport. Watching from Somalia!

Sorry to hear of your experience expensive for what it was worth personally i would never fly with them and they dont know how to clean at all
