Has it changed? The bell station usually has several ECV (Electric Convenience Vehicles) at the entrance. They do not actually rent them, but they will call the company, hand you the phone and let you speak with the rental company. You can rent them for your entire stay. 'They have spaces on the busses, they will go on the monorail and the skylift. Most rides inside Disney, you can stay on the ECV until right at the loading area and the staff will move it to the exit. It''s wonderful.

We LOVED Germany when we flew over a couple years ago and I've been wanting to go back. In fact, our daughter is saving her money so we can afford to go. Shes so sweet. Love the new cancellation policy! Also, with regards to the Kingdom Strollers rentals, when we were there in June 2023 they gave us a military discount, so it is worth asking them if they have any discounts you may qualify for.

Just got back and !!!NEW!!! Offer at the ticket desk at SOG!!! You can get a promotional ticket there at the ticket area for Universal Studios!!! For $210 you can get a pass that is good until DEC!!! And from what they told me is that you can go like it was an annual pass type thing. But that’s what the attendant at the counter said.
That’s awesome! We will definitely be looking into universal info when epic universe opens. Mostly for the Mario/nintendo world because that’s one of Story’s favorite things. She’s SO excited!

Are the rooms in Palm smaller than Magnolia? We're in Palm for the 1st time and I think it's small, but family says it's the same. Regardless, these rooms are so much closer to the lobby and parking. Love it !
To my knowledge they are all supposed to be 450 sq ft. When they designed and built the palm side it was based off the magnolia rooms so they should be at the least pretty close. I wonder if there is some tolerance for rooms on corners or things like that…maybe the layout is slightly different and that might throw it off? But I have to agree with you…I love the palm side!
Just looked at my reservations and noticed the cancellation policy change. The 30 day cancellation policy still applies to the eligible sponsor’s room but the additional sponsored room for guests/family is on the 5 day cancellation policy.
If you think you might need to cancel your existing reservation just double check with Shades directly because this is a very new policy. Theres a chance that your receipt might have outdated info which I'm sure they intend to correct. But I know that the new policy will apply to everyone including the sponsors rooms. Good news for all!

We have been to WDW many times but this is our first at SOG and using military tix in many years. We want to activate the Saturday before our first day at MK on Sunday and the TTC would be very convenient.
For the ID cards, I have a Veteran's ID card. While it is a government issued ID, it's often not recognized as one. I've done some research, and as a veteran with 100% disability, I'm eligible to stay at SOG, do you know what type of ID I'll need to stay there?
My dad is trying to retire at some point this year or first of next year and we are wanting to plan a family trip. Growing up we always stayed at Bonnet Creek bc of the size of their rooms for families/multiple bedrooms. How do you go about booking a family suite at SOG? It’s usually always just me and my husband so I’m inexperienced in this dept
Congratulations (early) to your dad!! 🥳 The suites at SOG are harder to snag but start looking now and keep checking for the dates you want. The more flexible you are on your dates the easier it will be. The easiest way is to update your party to 6 guests or more when you filter your search and that will populate the dates when suites are available. I hope that makes sense. We have a video about booking suites if you search the channel that will go into more detail ☺️

You'll need to log into your My Disney Experience via the desktop OR mobile app and make your park reservations first. If you are on a desktop just click on theme park reservations and click on the park availability calendar to make sure your preferred park is available on the day you want. Then just make your selections. If you are on the mobile app you can just tap the + at the bottom of your home page and then select "make or modify park reservations" It will walk you through how to choose your days. After that it will all be linked to your account. During your trip, once you are inside the park you can just walk up to the attraction you want to ride and enter the line. If you qualify for DAS (chat with a cast member online or visit guest relations when you arrive to verify) you can link that to your account and use the app to select your preferred rides. You will be waiting outside of the line in a virtual queue until its your time to ride. If you don't have DAS you can choose to purchase genie+ each morning and select rides on the app that way. It works similar to DAS but ride availability and return times may vary. Beyond that you could choose to purchase a Lightning Lane pass on select rides for an additional charge. We will be doing a video on this soon so standby! :)

I can vouch for Kingdom strollers. They were great! We used them in Summer of 2022 and we had no issues with them

Yes you can absolutely do that! You will need to go through security to get to the ticket windows at the TTC but you CAN activate them there
