its so true, 12 years ago I lost my mom. And wow was that transnformational on all aspects of my life. The pain was expanded, the emotional wound was gargantuan. There were some days I didn't think I was gonna make it through. But I choose to numb myself, god was that a bad idea. Seven years later when I woke up from my stupor, it was time to let all the bad go, the amount of tears I split were not so much pain stricken but it pained me to let go of the pain, and anger, and anguish.. I wobbled like a new born taking its first steps in a new direction. But step by step, I would fall and crawl, but id get up again. For the past 12 years is been nothing but the bottom for me, even when I thought I was reaching towards the sun. I was still at the bottom its only now that I'm starting to feel life come to me again. My this bring me and everyone else the true hearts desired.

After reading your message where you said - "but it PAINED me to let go of the pain, and anger, and anguish". I realized that was it, it WAS painful to let go of the past hurts. I am not sure why I needed to hang on, maybe feeling I was letting down the child I was then or maybe because I felt I was letting certain people off the hook?? Thank you!

Going through something similiar myself, rather than beat myself over it I bless myself each time i decide to do it.....that way I know that I am healing myself and the collective each time i do it. Currently in the middle of opening myself up to new addictions which are healthier more me....we don't kick them we just change the addiction.. Know that we don't have the whole story when it comes to our habit....we are multi dimensional beings and we are connected to other pieces of ourselves out there that may hold the answer....that is why i bless myself each time. i am also fully aware that I am already healed and that I have to hold the intention to attract that part of me into this reality.....don't sweat the details your higher self will do the heavy lifting if you ask for help....know that you have already kicked this...you just have to trust that you will get there.....

I've been going through so much right now and deeply appreciate this video. I have a Scorpio moon in my natal chart plus Jupiter is in my 10th house of Scorpio in my chart. I am releasing soo much pent up emotion and started going to a support group called ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) that has been so helpful in healing my inner child. Also, as of mid-September I just left my husband, moved state & am staying with a family member while I currently seek my own permanent home. I've been going through so much right now and deeply appreciate this video. I have a Scorpio moon in my natal chart plus Jupiter is in my 10th house of Scorpio in my chart. I am releasing soo much pent up emotion and started going to a support group called ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) that has been so helpful in healing my inner child. Also, as of mid-September I just left my husband, moved state & am staying with a family member while I currently seek my own permanent home. Obviously, I am going through soo many changes right now so I really appreciate and value (as always) your spot-on guidance as it brings me (& probably millions of others) much needed comfort.
