Looks like it starts just above the Switchbacks from the Downhill trail, and goes down along side the Tunnel Loop shortcut? I think I remember the last part of the trail back from when the track used to cross the fire trail at the exit from the downhill.

Is this the new race trail? They just changed it. New flow section of xc into development trail

That looks like a trail your not going to hit too often.
At the moment it is something to do when returning to the carpark from Wild Polly. Here's hoping it is part of a bigger plan.
