@@Asmitha90 they can easily check with single db query too look for values that exceed like 1000 or more

hello, did they end up deleting the chest from the account or fix it? Even tho it's a standard chest and more likely will impact very very few people?

@@749fghvbn doesn't all standard player already do that? like for real I have a char that deal 1.2 bilion damage screenwide at 12 mirror build like exept if you don't play standard or POE I understand but most player have already god tier build in stand.

Here you just need this chest +Dreamfeather (10c)+ helm converting fire res to armour (10c).And with the new node you also regenerate 29 000 HP/s.

With that 25921 fire res chest, would you next week redo your life regen project with the new fire mastery that gives 1 life regen per second per 1% uncapped fire res please sir ? Sounds legit to me :3
i honestly don't know because POE is about as confusing as it is fun to play.
What does 'uncapped' mean? Is this equivalent to 'overcapped'?! Or does it actually mean that your resistance CANNOT be capped? As in, you HAVE to be below your maximum resistance? Eg your fire resist cap is 80% and you have 77% actual res.
@@alewis514 Uncapped is the resistance ignoring the cap, in other words, the actual total resistance you have, which is the number in between the parenthesis. Overcapped is the left over above your maximum resistance.
I.e.: If your character stats says: 75% (95%), 95% is your uncapped res and your overcapped res is 20%.
@@alewis514 It's just the number in the brackets. When it says 75(130) then 75 is the capped res and 130 is the uncapped.

I see no reason to remove this, its an STD item and unless he was planning to make this build go into the hall of grandmasters, it should not affect anything.
STD is a magical place where the limits of all limits are allowed to be pushed and I firmly believe it should stay that way. Its one of the reason if not the main reasons why STD is its on thing and not just a glorified garbage space to simply put your old league memorabilia at.
This chest with the new passive that gives life regen per uncapped fire res. If something doesn't one shot you it doesn't kill you.
The real question is, is the item still exist or have been nuked?
I hope ggg makes this item unequipable or something, rather than just deleting it
there used to be a rare flask, rare as in yellow with 4 mods and the mods applied to your character at all times, after it was posted on reddit GGG killed i within 1 day
0 reason to delete it in the first place, this kind of shit is the only reason to even play standard in the first place.

Going from 172 DPS to that massive damage is a feat in of itself. Just having 172 DPS in a party is pretty impressive especially with all that "support" xD
I heard as long as you have a character wearing that chest your fire resist are capped in PoE 2

If that chest had double fire res it would have been nuked from existence, yet it had over 400x. Yeah they sendin the space force.
How did this even come to be? how can a number roll that high?
It's not the first such item observed. There have been some server errors which caused abnormally large rolls before.
Such errors can happen for a number of reasons, bit flips, database sync errors, human error by GGG staff, etc.
Some of these errors go unnoticed for a long time if those whom they affected don't notice or make sure to say nothing about to anyone like DrStein here.
Chris explained that when these type of bugged items started to spawn 5-6 years ago. There was some kind of issue with saving items on a server which sometimes krangled some of them. It was something alongside 1 in a bilion rare, but it happened. There was some other items like that as well like rare flasks.

They only changed due to the 15% enchant. I doubt they divined it or anything

Ive been playing since closed beta, dumbest one ive seen is +2000 to maximum number of specters. This is not a single item like this either. Do not ask me to prove this, i cant, not anymore.
Now we just need a weapon that gives base damage by your % of uncapped fire resistance lol

I wish they wouldn't remove/fix gear like this, but instead give it something like "requires level 101" or some other way it can't be used anymore, but still just exists,
WIth the new changes in the league, this could probably be a bigger number, as they have some nice buffs in there for armor stacking
Once the changes go standard maybe but they wouldn't be breaking this number in league without that busted chest piece haha.
@@Tooamazin the tree changes apply to every game mode. Standard included. Only the league mechanic doesn't go to standard.

Item owner must felt like Gollum with his precious item and avoiding eye of Mordor all these years
so if use this armour before nerf wands what give increase dmg for each resist overcap lol its can be crazy hahah
2.1B may be int max on PoB as well for the DPS.
Pretty sure it isn't
any modern computer system can go above 2.1b easily, i doubt PoE is limited by 2.1b and PoB definitely isn't. Its been well over 2 decades since we were limited by signed intergers, that's the limit of 32 bit data and most systems are 64 bit so yeah, that's 9x10^19 integers, compared to 2x10^9 for 2.1 billion.
And if somehow your program is expected to go above 19 digits, you just cull off the last few digits and replace it with scientific notation which means you can have infinite numbers, with an accuracy of 19 digits. Like open PoB and type in something like 10000000000000000000000000% more damage, it just moves to scientific notation displaying the first 19 digits. Most programming languages will do this automatically for you, but in the case it doesn't it's super easy to add in an exception to handle it
What's the highest es you can get with legacy + new tech? Probably some life converted or as extra es
