Thank you so much... I would also like to add Master need to inform DPA, Underwriters, P&I Owners , Managers Class and also agent at Next port of refuge / Port of call. Also we should give note of Potest to another ship or hold other ship responsible for collision.. Fill up Lloyds Standard Arbitration form if both owners agree. At next port we should give priority to owners P&I surveyor first. Arrange for a survey and sort out certificates before going back to sea for trade.. Appreciating ur efforts hats off. Good job..
Good observation but one correction, Here it's not note of protest and it's only letter of protest, also pls explain why and how Lyons arbitration form will apply here
