There is also a second method for calculating idle time for machine 2 you can calculate all no. of machine 2 i.e 6+8+7+4+3+9+3+8+11=59
and then 61-59= 2 hours

For Idle time you can easily minus the total processing time of machine 1 is 50 and the total ellapsed time which is 61 it means (61-50)=11 same goes to machine 2 which is 59 total processing time and minus it from total ellapsed time so (61-59)=2 its easy then your method.

What if the least time is present in both the machines as a same value?
You can choose any A(machine 1) or B (machine 2), your choice
Yes same question in my mind even I have seen I question which was having same vale for same machine

What if tie is in A and B at same value ?? Eg
A3=5 and B3=5?
Then select arbitrarily. The answer will be same in each case.

If processing time of both machines are same then we have to use fcfs (first come first serve)algorithm know?
