GREATINGS to FADI . he's a real legend .. and legends don't end with their death; they continue through their descendants who inherit and carry forward the same successes as their forebear 🙏
@thesaynt7 dont agree. They play on different positions. Wael is a great point guard. Elie is a clutch player. A buzzer beater player and a great leader. Elie didn't have the luxury of having people helping him that Wael is having
@@mazenmadi967 just look alone what Wael has done in the last 4 years with the national team. How many game winning shots and plays? There's a reason why most objective people talk about Fadi and Wael in the G.O.A.T conversation.
@thesaynt7 at the time of Elie, there was no stats, no personal trainers. The level of coaches was different. Maybe wael is one of the best pointguards, but overall, talking about character leadership skills in 3 points shooting layups, Elie is second to Fadi. I guess Wael competes with Rony Fahed. Rony was great, too
with all due respect to El Riyadi !! but truth needs to be said ... Riyadi won for 10 years because of Joe Vogel and did the same again with Ismail both playing as Lebanese ... this destroyed basketball for 20 years hopefully this mistake won't happen again ... and let the better team win ... those 20 years were a big theft in Lebanese basketball ...
@@mazenmadi967 Actually I watched it all, and I played for SJS and then high school 1 year in the US. Then played for a small college in NC. So have been around the game for over 30 years. The Riyadi team now is 1 for 1 better than each Sagesse player was back then except for Fadi. Just youtube some of the games as a reminder to how slow the game was for most players. Riyadi back then were not good. Had players that wouldn't even see the court these days. Mechantaf was very good, it's just Wael is a bit better. There's no problem with that. Riyadi has been together for a while and are highly skilled and coherent. Players now are a bit faster and more skilled, even Fadi will tell you that. So it is hard to compare, but just looking at the eye test, it's Fadi, Wael then Elie.

Riyadi right now is better than any team ever was in Lebanon. Facts.
@@thesaynt7 I guess you're young you didn't witness the era of Sagesse winning it all. Asian cup.and going to Varese playing world cup for clubs
