Our little dream traveller is back just in time for his 25th anniversary. Namco recently announced a duology remake collection for Klonoa 1 (with Klonoa's classic design) and Klonoa 2.
this is just absolutely beautiful. i could listen to it all day. Klonoa has been one of my fav games for years. i remember when i was young i just wanted to hug his ears. heck, i kinda still want to now XD i wish Namco put Klonoa in Smash Bros 4. they would have got enough support to make Klonoa 3 if they did that T^T
Yeah, the games were good, they received good reviews, but bombed because the market was over-saturated with cute platformers. Such a shame. Even the remake got bad sales because nobody knew it came out at the moment, despite the fans were rooting for it.
Even though I have never played the Klonoa games before, I still enjoy it with some of the music's and characters! (I did went back to klonoa now since I liked it a bit more now) Plus I do like the creativity that some fans are making with the klonoa stuff, like their own characters and stories ^^ (Btw I have watched some gameplays of some klonoa games a long while back, so ye)
The absolute perfect remake of this song. Those mysterious chimes, the piano, and the echoes give it the exact feeling the original song is supposed to give. I wish for someone to make a looped version of this remix, it's the perfect version. Klonoa is a pretty good game, my own character's design is inspired by Klonoa's design, the asthetic is perfect for a dream adventure, and I'm even naming my own future series after that Untamed Heart song.
Easily one of the best fan arrangements of this already beautiful track out there; it perfectly encapsulates the ethereal beauty of the Moon Kingdom... amazing work!

To be fair, Klonoa is like Namco's Kirby. Both are dream travellers, both have deep and sad stories behind their cute and fluffy exterior (in Kirby's case it's more horrifying sometimes) and both have a banger soundtrack each game they have.

I love this song, and this particular version reminds me of something.... I think it's called Norwell? This cover kinda gives me that feel. Norwell is something from the Layton series, if you're curious.

Loved this version of the song, beatiful work. It reminds me of the sad atmosphere of the game itself.
I grew up playing the Klonoa series. I still do it to this day. I have so many great memories from the games. Great remix. 10/ 10.
