thank you for this video with REAL street cars! @3:27 are those dual coils? I grew up building mopar sleepers with my dad. and we had dual point distributor. but I've never seen dual coils before. does it give more, or hotter spark? if interested, I've got pictures of a few of our cars. one of our favorites was the grey 69' dodge dart gts 340/727 turned 10'3@137mph on street tires in the early 80's. it's in my pictures if you wanna check it out
Could the mopar (GTX?) at 9:07 be the same car that was raced by Dick Hemp in the 60s? I will always remember that car because of the windshield wipers taped on the rear shelf. Dick Hempe (RIP) was a good friend back then.good engine builder and racer.I think a fellow by the name of Matt got the car, than I lost track of it,until watching this video. Anyone out there have any info??
Great video. Takes me back to my racing days
I miss Dover. It was like a family there. As for the Valley,I haven;t been there in about 20 years.I really should build a new car and get back there
I was hoping to see an Olds 442 , oh wait there's one lining up now! but you don't show it?
I raced at Dover in 1965 . Thanks for the memories

I was really enjoying your video until you would swing your camera back to the start line just before the elapse time showed
I agree. Very frustrating. At the end of the race focus on the E.T./MPH for a few seconds. Other than that it was pretty good.
I enjoyed this! Cars were beautiful and mean!
