- I usually spend a large portion of my money on food !! in this vlog, I went grocery shopping with my brother. we bought a lot of veggies, fish, and desserts! I also opened up about one of the things I'd love to tell my 16 yr old self at the end of the vlog 🤍

Not 16 yet but I wish that I won't procrastinate as much as I do now by then.
I'm 16 rn turning 17 on august and I just want to tell to myself that every little steps I made are progress so never stop believing and trying because everything comes in time and happens at the right moment💗 love u ate Aika!!! thank u so much!💗
That life keeps moving forward without destination. Enjoy the small things, laugh and smile unconditionally and be yourself unapologetically! (I’m 26 now)

Advice I have for you when you eat a lot of oily food is to drink hot tea because it washes all the oil out of your system. I was told that when i first went to hong kong when i was a kid where in chinese restaurants there everyone drinks hot tea for that reason because chinese food tends to be oily
I despise tea, I've tried to drink many kinds but I just can't stomach it.
Same here but green tea not only oily food but also any large or huge meals

Warnings if you are visiting Japan. Japanese restaurants are using cheap rice and other crops from Fukushima radioactive area for foreigners because local Japanese don't eat them due to many cases with cancer.
