I know you dont want a ton of creatures in the deck but exalted flamer of tzeentch, pink horror and magnus the red from the warhammer precon seem great here. The not very creative include would be purphorous god of the forge, impact tremors and goblin bombardment. If you wanted to lean into the goblins, ardoz cobbler of war, empty the warrens, shared animosity might be good. Though i think pumping the goblins is probably win more because i suspect if ovika gets to untap the number of goblins made will be all of the goblins lol.

Baeloth Barrithyl. Goad opponents, swap creature ownership, and buy time to get off a combo... Or build a tron-type deck.
