- Explore the Western Caribbean with stops in Costa Maya, Roatan, Belize City, and Cozumel. We hop onboard Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas out of Tampa, Florida to see if the small ships still have a place in today's cruise industry. This cruise is a 7-night cruise with two days a sea. We also tried out the Casino. We were able to spend quite a bit of time in the Casino and reach Prime status. This ship is older and not a lot to do on board, so it is good option if you are trying to get points in the casino and still explore great destinations on a much less expensive cruise. Overall, I would recommend this cruise. It may not have a lot of dining options, water slides, or a flow rider but it is very affordable. It hosts three pools, multiple hot tubs, decent entertainment, and had plenty of space to lounge around. Our excursions were so much fun and the Western Carribean has a wide variety of activities. The beaches in the Eastern Caribbean are nicer in my opinion, so we tend to do the ruins, atv's, zipline, sloths, and relax on the boat more on a Western Caribbean cruise.

Great video. We didn’t get to go to Costa Maya because of the weather. :-(. Holding a sloth on Roatan was one of my favorite parts of the trip. My daughter and I loved Unique 3. It was great to hear Elvis and the PJ Groove band. We hung out with PJ Groove almost every night and my daughter got to sing with them.

At the lost kingdom were there lockers available and if so how much were they?
Yes! The lockers are in the Pyramid where all the water slides and zip line are located. It is $5 for the day and they accept cards.
How much did the unlimited drinks and wifi package cost you?
Prices vary by ship and sailing. We get drinks through the casino so we don't do a drink package.
Thanks for posting; we're doing this sailing in October and looking forward to it, as it'll be the first time in Belize City. How was the food, overall?
The food is pretty good. Enchantment only has Chops for specialty dining but the MDR is really good we are on Independence now and the food was better on Enchantment for sure. So far this is still our favorite Royal Caribbean ship so far.
Was this after their drydock?
It was not we went in April. One of our favorite so far we really enjoyed the space.
