I've had that with Trips before but never a SF in 3 card but I have both beat a dealer SF and lost with a SF in UTH. The winning hand the SF was on the board and I had the over card so nothing too crazy. The losing hand though, 3 were on the board, I had the bottom 2 and the dealer caught the top 2 so it was nuts. I still made money on the hand but never went from happiness to disappointment so fast at a casino.
But as other comments have mentioned you definitely should have been paid the ante bonus on that hand.
like i said, me and my gal were at The Strat last week; my gal killed it on 3 card poker on our second day. She had three 5s -- and combined with the dealer's pair -- she also nailed the 6 card full house. She hit the 6 card bonus 3 hands in a row... we were rolling in it for a hot minute! but we never saw devin dealing three card poker.
Very nice! He normally works the overnight shift. And he deals the other games like bacarrat and roulette etc

When placing both Ante and Play Wagers, the following
bonuses will be paid regardless if the player beats the
dealer, or if the dealer does not qualify with Queen high
or higher:
Ask the pit boss next week!!! Read it says REGARDLESS IF THE PLAYER WINS!!! Meaning the player could lose and still get the bonus! How it works is slightly confusing, the ante loses BUT you gain 5 to 1 so you essentially get paid 4 to 1 since you lost out on the ante!

I think it's saying regardless if you win OR the dealer doesn't qualify. It doesn't pay if dealer wins.
@@awmines nope ante wins the payout but then the initial bet of the ante loses!!
Ante depends on whether you beat the dealer! But the bonus is automatic meaning the five to 1 bonus is AUTOMATICALLY PAID REGARDLESS OF THE DEALER! So it’s like the dealer taking away the ante wager but then they give back the ante wager which counts as 1 bet paid! And then pays 4 more of the ante!!! Hense 5 to 1

independent of the dealer’s hand or whether the player wins or loses. The Bonus

What a bad beat. And then to get a minimum wheel wasn't fun either. Their wheel pays are low. I would not bet $5 a hand when the amount you're going to get 90 percent of the time is $40. The casino we play at has higher minimum payouts. And there's a $1k on the second wheel where this one maxed at $500. Yikes.
We know the wheel isn’t a great payout unless we get the seat number. It was such a horrible beat 🤦♀️

At 2320, it happened to me but, they pay me for Ante bonus, I lost the bet on the Ante but not the side bonus of the Ante, am I correct??
If you lose you don’t get the ante bonus
@@VegasAction I guess I got lucky, they took the money I placed. on the Ante, but, they pay me 4X what I had bet on the Ante, at this point I am not sure if this is on each casino or not. Just in case I will ask next time I am in Vegas
