a side question. the kind of board your are using is easier for someone who wish to learn to pump comparing for example with a sup or prone board? thanks
Amazing. You doing it in thick wetsuit. What fuse size do you recommend for pumping? Axis say : “best paired wirh short or ultra short” , you ride smaller one.. How easy it is to dockstart compared to 1401 ? Does it have as much lift as 1310 ?
My wetsuit is 5/4. I use ultrashort advance + in winter and crazy short advance + for summer. Dockstart is a little bit easier than the 1401. Same lift as the 1401 but faster cruise speed.
@@yvonvite_AXIS Is that because of some hydro-physics working against us or because in wintertime we are out of shape? 🤭🤔 I am very curious about WHAT makes the pumping harder in "below 10 degrees"? 🤓
Does this completely replace the 1401 for you for dock starts? I have been dock starting with the 1180 and was going to get the 1401 but im considering getting the 1350 instead. I see it's faster and more efficient but does it provide enough lift for long distance pumping?
Full review will come in less than an hour online... But, yes, go for the 1350... If you want something to pump indefinitely, AXIS is on something for this summer maybe... For now, it's just simulation on computer...
No, this is like an Art Pro 1401... The fireball 1250 is like an art pro 1201 with better turnability and faster feeling at least, not sure if it is really faster.
@ But you said you could only use this foil in those small bumps because of it’s low drag and speed. Which is why I was wondering whether the 1201 would be too slow for these conditions.
@@stkl23 1201 would have been maybe a good choice for these conditions, because 1201 accelerate faster than the 1401... But not sure the bump would have been enough powerful for the 1201.
Amazing feeling
Thank U so much, also the mix with music an so on is so good. Would you say the dockstart is as easy as on the 1300v2?
Yes how does the dockstart compare to the png 1300v2?
20% harder I would say.
@@fabianzac 20% harder I would say.
Merci beaucoup.
Vravo ma lucette 😎👍
What length of mast are you on here? 🤩
80 cm mast, uhm ultra pro.

@@Daniel-Sousa68 the lighter board the better to learn dockstart pumping (less than 2 kg idealy). 90 cm long is a good choice.
@@yvonvite_AXIS thanks! Do you think is a good training pump with dockstart board even if your main goal is to prone surf?
@@Daniel-Sousa68 yes it is good to dockstart and pump it will help a lot for reconnecting more.

@@yvonvite_AXISWhy you are using a different fuse in winter and summer?
@@michaelkihn8311 When water goes under 10° celcius, pumping become harder, so put a longer fuse helps to have more back leg pressure.
