I’ve been adding maca powder to my smoothies but I honestly didn’t know the benefits (just that I had seen it around)! Drinking apple cider vinegar with lemon water has been a game changer for me, but I do still need to try out those gummies!

I've only taken one shot of apple cider vinegar and couldn't do it again. Too hard! The Goli gummies are a great alternative! Yes so true that gut health equals mental health!
