Currently I have the Apple Watch Series 3, but I might be getting the Apple Watch Series 7 (PRODUCT)RED 41mm for Christmas! Would the lemon zest sport band look good with it? Just to clarify, I wonder if the iPhone SE and iPhone mini lineup will ever replace the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus seeing that they didn’t sell as well as Apple initially thought! Yes, I know that the iPhone SE lineup is still around, but the iPhone mini lineup I would love to see return! I love your content so much, Aaron! Keep it up!:)
I have always loved the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Case for all the Apple Watches I have had. And had to get one when I got the ultra. I used to Work as a tow truck operator and never had to worry about my watch getting beat up. Great that it’s a case and a band all in one. I love it!
I ordered the Apple Watch Ultra with the Trail Loop band and have been enjoying it. The only thing I didn’t consider and has given me second thoughts is when I had a Series 7 watch I used the Sport band and I didn’t have to be mindful of washing my hands as much because the band would quickly dry or could be easily wiped off. With the Trail Loop if it gets wet it takes some time to dry as it’s cloth. Not a dealbreaker but just something I wish I remembered before ordering at my carrier’s store and if I could choose again I would strongly consider the Ocean band for this reason.
I brought the ocean band as it doesn’t soak up sweat and is easily washable and instantly dry and therefore a benefit over the other bands that do soak up moisture. Great content . I’ve been a subscriber for years now. Stewart from England
I tried all of them, ended up going with the midnight ocean. I personally dont like bands that retain water and sweat and the fit of the midnight ocean has been the best watch band ive owned to date
Been using the trail loop since Oct, love how it feels but the orange tab is what drags on the desk and gets disgustingly dirty and doesn't really clean up back to orange for me.
I bought the latest Nomad Titanium band even before I received the watch on launch day. Was a bit of a gamble as I was worried that their may be a colour difference, and they’re not cheap, but it truly sets the watch off. It looks super classy, matches perfectly and transforms the vibe of the watch.
When I purchased the watch, I tried the three bands at the apple store (went in with the intention to get the Alpine loop). However, the alpine and trail loop bands felt really light and cheap to me and didn't feel balanced with the watch. The ocean loop felt the best in terms of heft and quality so I went with that.
I have the alpine loop green. I thought about getting the trail loop, but was unsure that it would fit. Right now i took this off charge Sunday morning around 0500. I have 32% left on battery. It been on for about 61hrs as of now.
I have all 3 bands and the Trail loop is my favorite, however the Alpine loop is a close second; I have both the green and orange in the Alpine loop. The Ocean band is great for everyday use as well, but it’s more bulky IMO. I like my braided solo loop but the Ultra feels a bit too heavy for the solo loop I have.
I’ve had my Apple Watch Ultra for about three weeks and chose the black trail loop, same colour as in your video. However it is still in the box unopened as I just love my braided solo loop (Black Unity). Apple’s braided solo loops are the most comfortable Watch bands I’ve ever had and they are my go-to in all scenarios. Thank you for the video!!
I have a charcoal Braided Solo Loop that I used with my old 44mm S6, but the fit is too loose on the bigger Ultra. Too bad Apple no longer offers the Braided Solo Loop in nice colors such as Atlantic Blue…
I bought the Ultra with the Ocean band. Per your video, I also bought the Trail loop in orange and wore it intermittantly this past week. The trail loop, even more comfortable and lighter, does wear hot on the wrist when temps are 90+ degrees and the humidity is high. After a few days it does need to be washed as well since lit begins to smell. The Ocean band wears cooler on the wrist since I wear it loosely and requires no up keep. I'll switch back to the Trail Loop once the weather cools a bit.
Trail loop definitely my favorite. I bought the alpine loop in green and also orange. They are great too but as far as comfort, the trail loop in black/grey with orange pull tab is my daily wear.
Really thinking about the ocean band for exercising. I have the trail loop and it gets kind of wet with sweat. But $100 for a band is outrageous. I tried a $15 ocean knock off on Amazon and it broke the first day so 🤷♂
I waited until I could get it with the midnight ocean band, which I absolutely love!!! I might get some of the other ocean band colours as it’s such a nice band.
I just want to say how good these aspect ratios are from you like i havent seen no other youtubers that i watch use this one it fits so well when watching on the phone its perfect!
I still have my Apple Link Bracelet, which looks a pretty identical match for the Ultra, and it really dresses it up. Would be great if Apple fetched a titanium version of it out, although the price I can imagine would be eye watering!
I got the Orange Alpine Loop, just be careful with the buckle to touch the watch when removing it. I love the lock/security but I may also buy the Trail Loop soon.
I’d love to buy an AW Ultra, but it costs more than a 1000€ around here. I’d have to choose between eating and reading my notifications on a bigger SE 1st gen (my watch)
I’ve tried all the loops I don’t like the trail and alpine they just look cheap on my hand. I just cannot get a titanium band in my country and imported is expensive. I hope someone stocks them soon so that I can buy the ultra.
I have the braided solo loop in midnight with an SE - thinking though of upgrading to the Ultra for the improved battery life! However, worried that sleeping with the Ultra may be a bit uncomfortable with the bulk?
I don't think there is a "best" watch band offered from Apple, yet. I like the midnight ocean band as well as the black trail loop...but aside from them being launch bands, I don't think they're the best. I think Apple still has work to do regarding OEM bands for the Ultra series. There are a few nice 3rd party bands as well.
I got the Orange Alpine when I ordered my Ultra Watch. And I ordered an extra band which is the black/gray trail loop. I finally received my trail loop on 11/16. Man that took a long time. But it’s worth the wait. Love them.
Thank you mr Zollo, your channel is very informative, thats why i have been subscribed for years. Just bought myself a apple watch ultra 2 and now im searching your channel for all guides, tutorials, reviews about the apple watch in general,
At the moment I have the trail loop and ocean band. My ultra came with the trail loop but I bought the ultra because I’m going through scuba diving certification. They’re both comfortable to be honest. I wear the ocean the most for looks but it is crazy comfortable. Just as comfortable as the trail loop to be honest. Sometimes I forget I even have my watch on with tiger of them. Not really interested in alpine. I don’t think I like the hooking system. It looks doll though.
I Got the Ocean in midnight. Probably the most traditional but also the best by far, if you do sports that make you sweat like crazy. Easy to clean and does not get too wet.
I bought my Ultra 3 weeks ago and got it with the black/gray large trail loop band like in the video. I bought a couple others and had a collection from my 45MM watch like Milanese bands. I have never even tried another band as it is so comfortable. Milanese bands were my go to bands for a couple years. The trail loop has some stretch as well to get on and off a big hand. The only downside I have seen with daily use is the attachment point on the orange cloth tab rubs on tables etc. and is dirty. But otherwise the best, most comfortable band on any watch I have worn in 50 years of wearing watches.
This is great. Could you tell exactly please which previous apple band fits the Ultra? I want to buy but they don't allow us to fit, so I fear it goes to the wrong version. I am interested with the titanium band as well. Would you provide the link please? Can they ship internationally please? (South Africa)
Bought my ultra with the yellow ocean band, have since bought the midnight ocean band, the alpine loop in green and orange, and have just today got the trail in black/grey, love the alpine loops the most so far, but haven’t tried the trail band on yet.
I like the default one mine came with. Works perfectly and the battery life on the watch is so good conspired to the Apple Watch Series 6 I had previously.
I got the Alpine band, I preferred it to the Trail band when I tested them at the store. I didn't like the little safety tag sticking out. I also like the older single color Nike sports band as it "breaths" and can be used on more formal occasions. The new multi-colored Nike bands are not my style. I also bought an aftermarket titanium band. Easier to put on if you put each side on half-way first. Looks great but I prefer the alpine band for daily use and sleep tracking.
The one real Apple Watch band I find worth its price tag is the braided solo loop band. Mainly because they are breathable and super comfortable. And real ones don’t get stretched into weird shapes. I haven’t yet found fake ones good enough.
With the silver link bracelet the Ultra looks very sleek! Unfortunately the Ultra doesn’t come in space black titanium like the series 7 did a year ago…combined with the space black link bracelet it would look stunning! A fancy outdoor sportsman 😄👍🏻
I have read that the Braided Loop can be too big when used on the Apple Watch Ultra, due to the extra size of the Ultra. From what I have read, it mentioned if you were a size 4 with the Braided Loop with the standard Apple Watch, to go with a size 3 if you were getting it for the Apple Watch Ultra. I know when I tried my Braided Loop on my Apple Watch Ultra, it did feel slightly looser, so I can imagine there is some truth in it.
I thought i can use my old bands with the Ultra, but actually even if they fit, they are narrower somehow and it just seems wrong. I will by the ocean band soon, for the summer (i still cannot decide which color)..but the alpine loop is ok for now.
“Thanks for watching,” always here and with my Apple Watch 2 daily. Sad to see it’s not just my two series that light up the sensors on the back when it’s not on your wrist. 🤦🏻
Watching you putting and removing the alpine loop gives me chill Aaron 😂 hearing them clanking on your watch ultra 😞 anyways I bought since launch day the white ocean band . Haven’t remove them since🫶 bought some trail loop on ebay the quality is on point 👌 always enjoying your video and wallpapers of course 💪👍
Is the trail loop a good one if you workout and thus sweat a lot? How about showering with it on? The Sport loop on the non-Ultra watches is pretty awesome other than I am apparently one of the few who is "in-between" sizes in terms of the holes.
So I am looking in upgrading my Apple Watch to an ultra and having a hard time picking a band. I typically go to the gym and lift weights and I do go freshwater fishing pretty frequently. Any recommendations?
Great video. I got the Ultra a few days ago, along with the orange Alpine Loop, Green Alpine Loop and the black/grey Trail Loop which came on the watch. I got the Series 8 when it first came out, after initially not liking the Ultra on thin wrists (I have thin wrists). But recently the Ultra has really grown on me and I regretted not getting it over the Series 8. So I decided to order the Ultra, try it out for 7 days on my day to use, and see if I like it better than the Series 8. If I do, I will sell the Series 8 (I should still get a lot of money back for it as it's the stainless steel model and it's still the newest model). So far I'm absolutely loving the Ultra. My first impression strangely was that it looked smaller on my wrist than I thought it would, and also despite it been larger than the Series 8, it does not really feel heavier on my wrist than it. I suppose with me been used to wearing the stainless steel 45mm version there is not a great deal of difference in the weight between it and the titanium of the Ultra, hence why I don't really feel any weight difference with the Ultra. Things that I'm really enjoying are the flat screen, larger screen, the extra brightness (which I'm really noticing outdoors) and basically just that totally different look to what we are used to seeing with the standard Apple Watch. Yes I will never use this watch to its full potential, but saying that, how many people buy expensive divers style watches from Rolex, Omega, Breitling and similar and never go diving with them. If I continue to enjoy the Ultra, then I can safely say that I will be moving over to the Ultra from the standard Apple Watch from here forward.
I chose the ocean band because I sometimes shower with my watch and I didn’t want the other watch strap materials getting wet and all but I honestly liked the alpine loop strap better. Maybe I’ll get a second one
Mine came with the yellow ocean. It’s comfortable but like you said the trail loop is the most comfortable. I have the same one as you. Bought a cheaper version on Amazon. 11 dollars
I have ordered the trial loop (Gray/Black).of course I listened to your advice and really it is very convenient and comfortable.I am so satisfied with this choice. Thank you
What? The L/XL trail loop in black/grey with orange tab is available for delivery TOMORROW everywhere with pickup today at my Apple Store. How is it hard to get ahold of again? 🤷🏻♂️
I’ve got my Watch Ultra with the Ocean Look (marine color). I’ve purchased the Trail Loop grey and it is much more comfortable. I wear it while showering after fitness.. I also like that it is impossible for the Watch Ultra to fall down while wearing it… So it is safer and lighter…
I have the ocean band and have only had the ultra 2 for about 24 hours and I regret getting it with this band.. I feel like the comfort of the trail loop would be way better for my needs than the waterproof the ocean band provides.
What watch and watch band do you use? Thanks for watching, it is always appreciated.
i got series 3 🥲
Currently I have the Apple Watch Series 3, but I might be getting the Apple Watch Series 7 (PRODUCT)RED 41mm for Christmas! Would the lemon zest sport band look good with it? I have an Apple Watch Series 6

Not a dealbreaker but just something I wish I remembered before ordering at my carrier’s store and if I could choose again I would strongly consider the Ocean band for this reason.
I went with Ocean band for that reason. The clothe bands don't do too well in water. Drying takes longer.
Same here. White ocean band because I workout a lot and sweat sets a smell into the cloth. Smells bad.
I brought the ocean band as it doesn’t soak up sweat and is easily washable and instantly dry and therefore a benefit over the other bands that do soak up moisture. Great content . I’ve been a subscriber for years now. Stewart from England

You spent $300 on velcro?

I have the Trail Loop. How do you clean yours?
@@davemeadows6688 I haven't needed to clean mine yet but I read online that you can put it in a sock or mesh bag and throw it in the wash machine
I’ve had my Apple Watch Ultra for about three weeks and chose the black trail loop, same colour as in your video. Picked up the Ultra with the midnight ocean band. I love it. I’ve had almost every Apple Watch and the Ultra is the best I’ve had.

Which watch face is this and how did you created? What is in intermediate part? Thanks
I waited until I could get it with the midnight ocean band, which I absolutely love!!! I might get some of the other ocean band colours as it’s such a nice band.
I use the trail band with my ultra. I use it for hiking and everyday use. It never falls off
Wow it never falls off? Imagine that, a watch that never falls off!! Usually my watches are always falling off my wrist!!
I got the Alpine loop with mine, very happy with it.
Got the Alpine and Trail loop but how do you clean them? I jog and hike a lot and they’re starting to look gross 😅
Get a sport band 😅
All 3 are available @ Amazon India but as knock-offs .Just ordered the Alpine loop ❤
Anyone have experience of the Trail Loop band Velcro wearing out due to daily use?
hi. may i know type of face gallery you are using?
I just want to say how good these aspect ratios are from you like i havent seen no other youtubers that i watch use this one it fits so well when watching on the phone its perfect!
Trail loop has been the most comfortable I’ve ever owned since the original Apple Watch
Could you do a video like this for the Apple Watch Series 8/SE?
I work out a lot, do you think sweating a lot, everyday can mess up the trail loop?
No. It’s pretty water resistant.
Would a 44mm Nike sport band fit the ultra?
I still have my Apple Link Bracelet, which looks a pretty identical match for the Ultra, and it really dresses it up. Would be great if Apple fetched a titanium version of it out, although the price I can imagine would be eye watering!
Office/going out: Leather Link or Milanese Loop
Working out: Sport Band
Home/sleeping: Alpine Loop or Sport Band
I got the Orange Alpine Loop, just be careful with the buckle to touch the watch when removing it. I love the lock/security but I may also buy the Trail Loop soon.
I have the Trail Loop but I use my Nike Sports band as I am so used to it.
I bought this wide band that is like a trail loop super cozy and was only $23. It’s so nice. Looks great on the ultra.
0:17 what watch face is that? it's different from Modular
Hey. I got my ultra with the Alpine orange band. Was thinking of getting the ocean band but now you made me think about the trail loop.
I got the watch with the trail loop but ordered the alpine loop and and want to get the ocean band for work
I don't think there is a "best" watch band offered from Apple, yet. I like the midnight ocean band as well as the black trail loop...but aside from them being launch bands, I don't think they're the best. I think Apple still has work to do regarding OEM bands for the Ultra series. There are a few nice 3rd party bands as well.
Quick question can you surf with the trail loop without snapping off?
Does keeping compass as a complication kill your battery?
How did you get the modular face to be black??! I can’t seem to find a black option 😬
Trail loop is my favorite. Very comfortable!
I got the Orange Alpine when I ordered my Ultra Watch. And I ordered an extra band which is the black/gray trail loop. I finally received my trail loop on 11/16. Man that took a long time. But it’s worth the wait. Love them.
Just got the Apple Watch ultra got the blue gray trail band to go with it love it. I’m so glad that I picked the trail band. Thank you for your review
Thank you mr Zollo, your channel is very informative, thats why i have been subscribed for years. Just bought myself a apple watch ultra 2 and now im searching your channel for all guides, tutorials, reviews about the apple watch in general,

What is the display you are using, looks cool
I can’t get that black strap with the orange in it.
Thank you for the video! Do you recommend a sleeping band ?
Where can I find the titanium band ?
I bought a copycat alpine loop band from Amazon for 20 bucks and it’s one of my favorite bands I’ve ever used. Super comfortable
is there a wider band ?the clock is wider
What is the Watch face that you’re using in this video ?
I have all three bands but the Trail Loop is my favorite for every day!
I like the default one mine came with. Works perfectly and the battery life on the watch is so good conspired to the Apple Watch Series 6 I had previously.
I love that apple watch face. Can you advise what it is?
I bought an authentic braided solo loop and it unfortunately still stretched out after a while to the point where it wasn’t usable
I have an alpine loop and a trail loop, the trail loop is a dark color with the orange accent.
good review! Im currently using the trail band in back and I love it. Off topic, but what watch face is that on your Ultra that you're using?
I agree, I like trail loop the most 😀
It will definately be an alpine but havent decided whether orange or green..
I have Ocean blue but getting the orange alpine loop soon!
For me the Ocean Band, hands down. Very durable, comfortable, doesn't get wet from water or sweat. Easy to clean and maintain.
Please provide video how you edit your Apple Watch face looks very nice
I use Official Apple black color leather link 45mm and works perfectly. I also have this band in umber as well.
I’ve had my iPhone 11 for a little over a year and the batter health is at 98% is that good? I’m a HEAVY user 📱
Could please tell me how to do wallpaper in ur watch please
Is the trail loop a good one if you workout and thus sweat a lot? How about showering with it on? The Sport loop on the non-Ultra watches is pretty awesome other than I am apparently one of the few who is "in-between" sizes in terms of the holes.
So I am looking in upgrading my Apple Watch to an ultra and having a hard time picking a band. I typically go to the gym and lift weights and I do go freshwater fishing pretty frequently. Any recommendations?
Sport band
Let me know how you got that watch face please
Great video. I got the Ultra a few days ago, along with the orange Alpine Loop, Green Alpine Loop and the black/grey Trail Loop which came on the watch. I got the Series 8 when it first came out, after initially not liking the Ultra on thin wrists (I have thin wrists). Where's the link?
Hello , does Apple have an xl band ?
I chose the ocean band because I sometimes shower with my watch and I didn’t want the other watch strap materials getting wet and all but I honestly liked the alpine loop strap better. Maybe I’ll get a second one
I’m absolutely looking forward to getting my Apple Watch ultra in about six weeks
Mine came with the yellow ocean. It’s comfortable but like you said the trail loop is the most comfortable. I have the same one as you. Bought a cheaper version on Amazon. 11 dollars
Hi. For a 175mm wrist what size strap should I buy for the Apple Watch ulta ?
Small
I bought the watch with the Green Alpine Loop and then Ordered the Orange Alpine Loop.
Maybe they got a bunch of them in. However, it took me from the day they launch the Apple Watch until making this video to find one.
Which band should I use for working out?
I think the Ocean band would be good for sweat not being soaked in the band
I’ve got my Watch Ultra with the Ocean Look (marine color).
I’ve purchased the Trail Loop grey and it is much more comfortable. I wear it while showering after fitness..
I also like that it is impossible for the Watch Ultra to fall down while wearing it…
So it is safer and lighter…
i also have the black Trail Loop! I am very happy with that. Thanks for the video.
Dude I can’t use ocean band as casual band is it possible
Those lugs that are added on the trail loop and the alpine make the watch wear much bigger. You really need about a 7in wrist to wear the ultra.
What lugs?
Thanks for sharing. Blessings on your day 👍🏻
I have the ocean band and have only had the ultra 2 for about 24 hours and I regret getting it with this band.. I feel like the comfort of the trail loop would be way better for my needs than the waterproof the ocean band provides.
