this series is great. love it guys. i so wish i had done something like this when i was your age. good on ya's for giving it a go. those termites will be right the h2 wood if you replace the existing stuff will be fine. dad did something similar years ago the pests didn't come back.

We are currently doing the same thing at our house in a river town about 100km from you guys. Same paint unit, bloody gap filling. Even got the same beds on marketplace too. I thought only FB listened to my conversations. I'm becoming paranoid........
