Hi, I know it doesn’t change anything but on that lava golem kill, the player couldn’t have norm’d droll since golem prevents from normal summoning the turn you summon it on the opponent’s side
Hey I'm the Nemleria replay guy! As others pointed out I couldn't have summoned droll since golem locks you out of normal summoning, but don't let that distract you from the fact that my list has 4 lines that small bridge into Lava Golem for some reason xD
Don't you mean wouldnt? Because Apoll negates the activation, Batcha woukdnt have been stopped by it because of the contract effect that stops your activated melodius effects from being negated, Veiled just negates the effects
That Raigeki clip is one of the things I hate most with post POTE card design, anti interactive float effects. Basically archetypes where you try to interact with their cards but are punished for doing so. Once again thanks for nothing Tearlament and Konami
I do think POTE also introduced a cool concept that I believe Konami should’ve kept pushing and that’s the in archetype hand traps that don’t stop your opponent necessarily but allow you to start your plays on turn zero and also it’s a much more fun and interesting way to interact with your opponent then just discarding the hand trap imag the choke point you saw on a TH-cam video
We need a raigeki that just banish all monsters :3 And when a meta archetype that has the same recursion from banishment, we need one that banishes face down :3
Modern yugioh, "bro played a card, you shouldn't try to play the game my friend, that's not how yugioh works". Lava Golem is based not gonna lie. It's super old a super balanced card. Yeah it's a burn card, and easily handled especially now with link summons. But even back in the day it was still a 3000 beater. So even without the easy outs to it nowadays it was still a threat. But I really can't stand how modern yugioh has cards that say "your opponent does literally anything but pass turn, do X,Y,Z. Like boss stage... opponent conduct draw phase which is mandatory, summon some bullshit from the deck, also here's a bunch of tokens for no reason so you can use their effects.
There are too many floating effects and not enough restrictions in place on specific cards. You know, because who needs to be attribute/archetype locked when busted ass generic Link Monsters exist.
wait bacha stops negates? thats the first time i hear of that but i guess every single good card that negates effects right now negates the entire effect of the card not just the activted
"While you control this Fusion Summoned card, the activated effects of your "Melodious" Fusion Monsters cannot be negated." first sentence on the card.
Its pronounced more like ostinaaahtoe, not the way u said it (idk how to type how u spoke, and i know I'm knit picking, might as well boost the algorithm while im being a yeah)
some would say raikegi is the problem some would say a combo/board that plays through raikegi is the problem i say neither is but if one has to go then it is raigeki's time to retire
lol old yugioh is way better than anything modern. if combo decks don't go yugioh tournament matches shouldn't be timed. I shouldn't lose in time when I'm about to win because my opp takes 10+ min to combo. I could go on but yugioh is by far the worst card game to play out of all the tcgs.
yeah, konami keeps contradicting themselves, they made dark ruler to counter combo, but now combo decks counter dark ruler, konami needs to make up their mind with which side they want to be better
then people start hard quitting the game and meta player cries to ban stun cards, while you destoy 5 monster and and the chain resolve he still has 5 new monsters triggering their summon effect and triggering the ones going to the GY, but hey, stun is the real problem
@@MateusSoar I'm a ghoti player, I only middly care about shifter. Sometimes I also play metaphys/myutant (it's not good), a deck that is better under shifter. I play the damn thing and yet I want to see it banned because freely shutting off my opponent's entire gameplan is not fun.

Hi Nemleria guy
"genuinely well played duel!"
Duelist: *Literally misplays with his first combo*
Coder, if that was well played Melodious would have won it sooner.
If there is one thing I like about VV it's that I don't need to dismantle a Snake Eyes board in order to OTK them thanks to their influx of monsters
Apollousa negates activations, so Bacha would have been negated.

@ I mean yea it was some of the most fun I’ve had playing the game was against those decks that could play on both turns
Here's a fun fact from me and my experience:
I stopped playing competively in 2014.
I now only ever play it casually.
@distantcoder it’s Poplar like the tree, there’s no U. Ash is a tree,Oak is a tree, Poplar is a tree.
Sir, a second Raigeki hit the board.
What about 2nd Raigeki?

This is just where we at, we prefer watching the game more than playing it cuz playing it is such a headache .
Raigeki to 4
Electrumite to 4
Yeah, put maxx “c” to 12 while you’re at it- oh…
Wait, i just realized but why are the snakes eyes cards named after trees?
Melodious player and fire player were sooo bad
All the love for you coder
