Anya look so joyful and very friendly at outside it’s really weird to see her like that cos all of her movies I watch just like Split, The Queen’s Gambit, The Witch etc... her character look so serious
These costumes and hats, bonnets, whatever are so amazingly beautiful. I am so glad that Miranda Hart is dressed well, I was worried that they would make her look bad, she's lovely!
@@DerekMcAdam2023 in what way did she change her voice? I don't understand, she lived in England for years and speaks English. I don't hear any change other than not slipping into American accent, which she does when talking to Americans. She is not talking to Americans in this film.
@@taylort5672 I think their point may have been that it takes talent to slip in and out of certain accents? I know hers is a mix of American and English, and that she said she kind of adopts whatever accent is prominent where she is (even subconsciously). They might just mean her shift from that mix of accents to a fully English one? I'm not fully sure though.
Just dropping by to comment she is a native Spanish speaker, she learned english in elementary school. Her whole demeanor change when in character I think she did a great job.
Honestly seeing the actors as they move around naturally here - just relaxing or waiting for a shot - makes me appreciate the BEAUTIFUL Regency clothing even more! Anya’s dresses are just made so exquisitely, and I can see that her dresses, since Emma is from a very wealthy background and is the area Queen Bee, feature finer fabrics and draping and needlework than the dresses worn by the ladies of “lower” degree (same with Mr. Knightley’s handsome apparel - his coats in particular are gorgeous, and the color patterns are wonderful).
I went to a shooting for an end-of-study project of a guy in my town, and the assistant director was insane, yelling at everyone, and when I confronted him about it, he just said that that was a necessary method to keep everyone in pace, and that he did it for years. I've been disgusted by this experience. Well, we can see only good vibes here, and that's how you do it. Smiles, passion, and yet professional skills.
yeah, but still the 1AD will always be the one yelling, it’s not bc they want to it’s bc they have to, they’re in charge of basically every other Director in set...
It’s amazing how the scenes happen so fast when shooting, but in the final cut every little gestures are really significant to build the characters. Autumn is definitely an amazing director
mrs weston's face seemed familiar, it turns out she's Gemma Whelan, who played Yara Greyjoy in GoT, incredible actress cause her characters are soooo different!
Yes! Was so glad to see her. And i thought that in 2009 version the governess was played by another GOT actress (Talisa) - but i was wrong, the governess was played by The Witcher actress (Queen Calanthe), who also was in GOT! Phew, it's a small world!
I was pleasantly surprised when i saw her play a secretary role in The Crown.. the question "Where was Yara the whole time?" continues to be answered by her other appearances 😅
That"s how EPK B roll is usually being delivered. That way they can split audio content and use a single sterreo track Since this is usually used for editing only and shouldn't see the light of day in its raw form they don't care about a single speaker feedback.
Am I the only one who wants to see Anya Taylor Joy and Callum Turner star together in a romance movie? They're obviously very good friends and look like they'd have some fire chemistry on set

I have watched this version and although it’s too clownish, comedic even and this Emma is so very arrogant it’s hard to like her at first, the entire film was actually fun to watch!😊😊😊 So I recommend it. So wonderful to see the behind the scenes!
What an amazing movie of trash proportions. It must have been Years since i quit some movie cause it was so bad and boring i couldnt stand it anymore. I was bored out of my mind.
What a silly comment about a story that is set in early 19th century rural upper class England. It's like complaining that a movie about the Warring States period in China has only East Asian people,

Or when a crew member walks by in modern clothing lol they look like a time traveler
