He says he thinks the people should be informed about the drones, but when asked what he knows he says he does not want to comment? I believe two theories to be likely concerning the drones: 1) There are government, military drones observing phenomena that is not from this world. 2) There is an invasion of USA airspace happening from an adversary country and a war is close, which the USA is under prepared.
