My guess is they probably made it like that so she wasn’t just running around super fast all the time with that one skill. One skill being the one where you float and strike lightning beneath you.

the boss design on her is AWFUL, mfs said hey lets have a boss that has moves they can just spawn on you with no warning from anywhere on the arena and aren't blockable. BUT they also stun you for 5 seconds AND she can infinitely m1 you, amazing
