Shimajiro VHS Tape - 2003 - 08 - 01 - Doro's Promise

I found a collection of Shimajiro VHS tapes from a local secondhand store. There were 22 tapes in total. They seem to be dated by year, then month on the tapes themselves. I will be using these dates in the names of the videos here. The last set of numbers signifies the tape number from that month, since some of the months have more than one tape.
This one is from August 2003.

Capture Information:
Captured using a "Sanyo 4-Head Hi-Fi VCR", playing through a "Toshiba 36" CRT Television", outputting into a "Game On RCA to HDMI Adapter", into a "MateCam 4K Ultra HD USB 3.0 Video Capture", and recorded in "24FPS 720p" using "Open Broadcast Software (OBS)". I applied a real-time filter to scale the image back to "4:3 Aspect Ratio" using "Lanczos Scaling".
